GRINDING PROCESS

Grinding Process - In this process PVC scraps is converted to small pieces (5-10 mm).

PULVERIZING PROCESS

This process come after grinding process in which small pieces (5-10 mm)
  is converted into powder form

PVC RE-CYCLING PROCESS

As thermoplastic material take much time to degradation.
So being recycle of PVC is a good Idea.

For recycling of rigid PVC (K Value 64-68), As PVC scraps such as Pipes profiles sheets tec
avail in scraps can be used for recycling.

STEPS INVOLVE IN PVC RECYCLING

1.Cutting &  Filtering - Involves make PVC scraps in to small pieces depends on your grinding
   machine capacity then cleaning with water and the dry it.

2. Grinding Process - In this process PVC scraps is converted to small pieces (5-10 mm).

3. Pulverizing Process - This process come after grinding process in which small pieces (5-10 mm)
  is converted into powder form.

Further they can feed to extrusion machine for extruding finish produscts.
